How can I participate in the Summer Feeding Program?

 

 The Johnson County Board of Education announces the sponsorship of the U.S. Department of Education Seamless Summer Food Service Program. Meals will be available at no charge to eligible children and will be provided without regard to race, color, national origin, sex, age or disability.

 

Churches, camps and other non-profit centers are eligible to apply to be a delivery site.  In order to apply as a delivery site, a sponsor must fill out a site application, have an approval visit, attend site training and agree to transport the meals as well as comply with all USDA regulations. Please contact Redessa Crawford at the Johnson County Board of Education (864-2030) for more information.  Sites must have completed all forms by Friday, April 28, 2017 to be considered for a site.
